Changing the signals that are affecting the cellsThe poly vagal theory talks all about nervous system regulation. It explores how our thoughts influence our healing. If we have limiting beliefs such as “I can't do this”, “Good things never happen for me”, “I will never be that successful” “I will never walk again” “I live in constant pain” ect then these thoughts re-enforce that pathway making it stronger.
In order to heal the body, you must recognize and release it.
