Today on the pod, we talk about being body mindful. So many of us move through life hating our bodies or wanting to change them. It can be difficult to find gratitude for the way our bodies serve us. I discuss three main points that can help you shift into being more mindful of your body and connect with it. They are:
Don’t minimize what you are going through. Your pain is real and denying it will only manifest into more suffering.
Don’t be scared to share what you are thinking
