In this episode, D.I.S.C Profiling…I know, you are wondering what does that even mean? DISC is an assessment tool used by more than one million people every year to help improve teamwork, communication, and productivity in the workplace and/or relationships. We are thrilled to have Gwen Mazza an experienced DISC facilitator walk us through each behavioral profile and why it is important for have an understanding.
DiSC is an acronym that stands for the four main personality profiles:
D personalities tend to be confident and place an emphasis on accomplishing bottom-line results.
I personalities tend to be more open and place an emphasis on relationships and influencing or persuading others.
S personalities tend to be dependable and place the emphasis on cooperation and sincerity.
C personalities tend to place the emphasis on quality, accuracy, expertise, and competency.
