One of our coached Running Hub Members Helen Smith joins us on today's episode to talk about her sensational success story.  Her journey started as a lockdown runner, but like many of us, once she completed the Great North Run half marathon she soon had aspirations of running the full 26.2.

After listening to many of the Running Hub Community podcast episodes and an initial chat with James, Edinburgh Marathon was booked and the challenge was on. 

Helen knew she couldn't do it alone, so teamed up with Coach James. At the start she wanted to complete the marathon in 5 hours, as the hard work continued and confidence grew, both Helen and James knew she was capable of more.
