In this episode, I interviewed Kim Laureen, a mother of 8, speaker, and writer, and the writer and director of the powerful film selfless.

The film selfless shares powerful stories and captures what it is like for teenagers to live in a digital age and opens up conversations about the ever-growing epidemic with selfies, social media, and technology and how it is affecting our body, mind, and soul.

Kim is also the founder of Fresh Independent Productions and an advocate for youth and families at risk.
