Day 5 of 75 Hard is in the books, and let me tell you—the mosquitoes might be the hardest part of this challenge so far. My outdoor workout was miserable thanks to them, but I pushed through and got it done.
I’m still enjoying my current read, Do Over by Jon Acuff, and I’m switching things up—reading a full chapter each day instead of just 10 pages. My goal is to power through as many nonfiction personal development books as I can during this challenge.
On the nutrition side, I made a better choice today: Chipotle for lunch, but instead of my usual heavy burrito, I went with a bowl and swapped their sour cream for non-fat yogurt at home. Small swaps, big difference!
I’m also dealing with a bit of a hamstring injury, which is making workouts tougher. Once the mosquitoes chill out, I’m considering starting Couch to 5K to make my outdoor workouts more structured.
This journey isn’t about perfection—it’s about persistence. And Day 5 was proof that even small wins add up.
