We talk through dosing to effectiveness vs dosing to tolerance, loading doses vs maintenance doses, and how factors like tradition (TCM, Ayurveda, Western), preparation (whole herb, capsules, tea, tinctures), plant potency, digestion/assimilation, constitution, and body weight change the “right” dose.
