 Lauren Antonucci is a Registered Dietician, and a board certified Sports Dietician. She has a bachelor’s degree in psychobiology from Binghamton University, a master’s degree in clinical nutrition from New York University, and was awarded a fellowship in nutritional biochemistry  at the University of California. She is specialized in eating disorders , and is a diabetes educator. On top of all the degrees and experience in the field, Lauren also founded her company, Nutrition Energy, in 2003, wrote a monthly column for Triathlete Magazine for 3 years, and wrote for New York Road Runners for over a decade.
