It is really easy for all of us to fall into the trap of saying it’s really hard to hire auto detailing professionals but the truth is the entire world is struggling to hire. 

We talk about chemical distribution and how auto detailers can use chemicals to expand their business without having to hire team members. There are plenty of our distributors adding to their revenue without having to take on massive amounts of team members.

We also discuss know your worth and what it really means. Marshall shares a story he saw on TikTok about this subject. Auto detailers are told to know their worth, but what are the rules? A detailer charges $4000 to coat a vehicle without correction and he is charging too much but another detailer down the street isn't charging enough? WHAT ARE THE RULES?
