In this episode, Megan and I dive into holistic solutions for PCOS + Endometriosis. My mom had a radical hysterectomy due to her endometriosis and at the time, there was not a lot of education and support. This is why we decided on this topic for this masterclass, because we receive messages daily, whether on Instagram or Facebook, in response to the podcast, or in emails, from women who are struggling.

Endometriosis affects about one in ten women. It takes about eight to ten years to be properly diagnosed. Often the only solutions we're given are to go on the birth control pill, to use an IUD, or some form of pain management or suppression.
