You become what you think about, so what are you becoming? Tell me your thoughts and I'll tell you your future.

Decide and then practice what you want to become!

Your self concept or your thoughts about yourself form a ceiling for you that you can’t rise above. You have to understand what is happening in your brain so that you can break through it and become your favorite version of yourself.

Build evidence for the future you instead of reinforcing an old identity. You will create your life to the edge of this ceiling so if you want to elevate your life, you have to elevate your self concept. You do this by practicing the thoughts, emotions and actions of who you want to become. What does she think? What is her emotional IQ? What are her habits? Expand your state of being in all these ways.

When you shift and elevate your self concept, your whole life will change. Your new identity will begin to emerge as you live into her NOW. Think like her, feel like her, act like her, BE HER. Your brain wants to be right so it will prove your thoughts about you TRUE. Think like your true self would think. BE YOUR FAVORITE SELF NOW!

People pleasing can be dangerous to the relationships in your life because you are essentially morphing who you are into who you think people want you to be.

Why does your emotional life feel like a mess? 

Because you’ve been led to believe one of two things—that you can’t trust your feelings or that you just have no power over them at all. And both messages are damaging and miss the God given wisdom available to us when we see emotions for what they are and learn how to welcome them and learn from them.

That’s what I’m going to teach you here. You are about to find the sweetest freedom. You are about to experience your life in a way you only dreamed about. You are about to become everything God made you to be, everything you already are, just without all exhaustion that comes from  numbing and hiding and pretending. You are about to make this day 1000 times better. And tomorrow, and the day after that and the day after that. We actually only have this one day, this very moment. It’s worth it to make it the best it can be, no matter what life throws at us.

Your most extraordinary life awaits you on the other side of what you’ve been unwilling to say and feel and acknowledge.
