Today, Cody has invited Kaely McDevitt to join her for a discussion to break down which hormones are impacted when we cut calories and to provide a few strategies for keeping our hormones as happy and healthy as possible when we have a weight loss goal.

She owns a virtual private practice where she and her team help their clients reclaim their energy, optimize fertility and overcome hormone symptoms through personalized nutrition.
