A narcissist is someone who "seeks constant affirmation, despite all findings."

A lot of people ask me how they can explain their narcissist to people in their lives; and, whether its because they go no-contact, or because they want a friend, relative or therapist to understand what they're dealing with - they don't know where to begin. When you are affected by emotional abuse in a toxic relationship with a narcissist, it can be really tough to explain to some people, especially if you've done your best to hide the problem up until the time you try to explain.
