It’s a new year I’ve decided that I need a lot more structure in my life. Today we’ll be going over what’s working for me with my evening routine, how I decided the structure of it all, and things I ask myself each night to make it work, including:

• Defining the chunk of my evening
• How to feel relaxed, restored, and ready for the day ahead
• The breakdown of my current evening routine & what's working
