Since I was young, my soul chose a lot of trauma. I've experienced physical, emotional, and sexual abuse at a young age. Those things can cause you to have a low sense of confidence and self-worth. Because I didn't feel that love and value around some people growing up,  I sought out validation outside of myself.

I remember around 18 years old having an awakening. I realized if I changed my thoughts, my whole life could change. I knew I always wanted more and I knew it was possible to get there. When I committed to my healing journey, everything changed.

My inspiration for creating the Unf*ck Yourself Academy came from me feeling really shitty about myself. That feeling drove me to heal and create the life I truly wanted. Through my work, I feel insanely worthy, created a multiple 6-figure business, manifested a beautiful loving relationship, healed ailments, and so much more. I've created such a beautiful life by changing my mind and energetically healing myself.

The Unf*ck Yourself Academy is a 16-week academy that has everything you need to completely transform every aspect of your life. We will be specifically working on trauma healing, self-worth healing, tapping into your intuition, manifestation, and alignment practices.
