Kelly Leonard is the executive vice president of The Second City in Chicago. He has worked at the Second City since 1988, overseeing productions with such notable performers as Steven Colbert, Tina Fey, Amy Poehler, and many more. Kelly is also the author of best selling book “Yes, And: How Improvisation Reverses “No, But” thinking and Improves Creativity and Collaboration.”
