New-to-industry broker Karen Wright started making videos in Australian Sign Language in 2019 following a family tragedy, and has since gone on to gain recognition for her efforts in providing financial literacy education to the deaf and hard of hearing.
Last year, Karen took home the Better Business Award 2020 for Best Community Engagement Program in Vic/Tas in recognition of her work in delivering financial literacy videos in Auslan to the hard of hearing and deaf community.
