Dennis tells a story from his restaurant days prior to becoming a lawyer and a lesson he learned working at McDonald’s.  Saying “thank you,” and in the larger picture, just being polite to everyone you meet.  This can have such a huge impact on your day to day life, especially if you’re pulled over by a police officer.  Just be polite!
