Have you ever heard someone's story of a Near Death Experience or Spiritually Transformative Experience? They are fascinating! And despite common beliefs about death and dying, Near Death Experiences (NDE's) are rarely ever scary or unpleasant. They are almost always very liberating and inspiring to an understanding that life is eternal, death does not exist, and everything that has ever happened to us has been a gift and for our highest good. What a shift in perspective, right? My guest today, Jennifer Caitlin, has experienced both an NDE and a Transformative Spiritual experience and it completely changed the course of her life. She now works as a hypnotherapist, mindfulness teacher and co-founder of Soul Connection Hypnosis, where she runs a spiritual hypnotherapy certification training. 

On this episode, Jen shares with us about her personal NDE and STE's, how she uses Spiritual Hypnosis, including past life regression and/or Life Between Lives Hypnosis, to help people heal, and the importance of processing through childhood/adolescent wounds in the healing process and not only spirit realm work. Jen and I talk about how shifting our beliefs and understandings about life and ourselves can lead to more aligned relationships and releasing feelings of unworthiness and codependency.
