Neel Dhingra is the perfect example of a loan officer who was doing fairly well in their mortgage business, but absolutely exploded their career into the stratosphere by simply posting videos on the internet. 

After just a year of posting great real estate and mortgage content online, Neel has been able to interview Gary Vee, Tom Ferry, Brad Lea, and more, as well as dramatically growing his lending team to one fo the largest mortgage lending teams in Nevada. 

Neel has been a loan officer in Reno, NV with a couple team members, but since he grew his brand and name recognition, he's grown his team to 21 loan officers.

Real estate agents and mortgage lenders are the same in this example... by showing up more often in the news feed of consumers, or other real estate industry professionals, you can absolutely 10x your business in a relatively short period of time.
