Robert is the host of the Bigger Podcasts Podcast which is a podcast for all things real estate just like future flipper is. Robert also has a youtube channel with over 180,000 subscribers. He is mainly known for building tiny houses and is a short term rental expert. Robert started investing in real estate 5 years ago. He first got started in real estate through airbnb. He ran into the issue of wanting to buy a home but still having a lease at his place and that is when he first heard about renting out his room to someone else via airbnb. At the time of that, he was $80,000 in student debt and $20,000 in credit card debt. It was a risk him and his wife took and obviously paid off. Robert goes into life before real estate and being a copywriter in advertising. Robuilt quit his job last year in 2021 and was doing airbnb as his side hustle for years before quitting his 9 to 5. Robuilt has a few things planned such as creating more programs, getting his real estate license, creating millionaires, and starting a new youtube channel to increase his income from $2,000,000 a year to $7,000,000 a year.
