"Why you always lying?" Stop lying to yourself.
If you're anything like me you were raised to value honesty... but then conditioned to lie to yourself.
It starts with a lie, "I'm okay", "That's fine"... we then become numb.
Most of us are not living in the truth. How might the world be different if we all told the truth instead of avoiding it?
I was raised to be a liar... you probably were too.
Let's get honest. Let's get uncomfortable.
Let's heal and be HONEST.
