I would describe myself as being a confident person. However, when it came to running my confidence was non existent. I spent a whole year running 11 laps around a grave yard to ensure no one saw me. In this episode I go through how I gained my confidence to finally make it to road running which enabled me to go on and participate in races. I also touch on an exercise that my therapist introduced to me which helped me gain my confidence back in my every day life after it was completely shattered after my break up.
