After actor Christina Applegate tweeted she had been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis the news headline read "sad health battle" and "crushing update" we thought it was time to talk inclusive disability language.

Using the lived experience of journalists with disability we referred to the article titled: "How to talk about disability sensitively and avoid ableist tropes"
