In Conversation With… Cariad Lloyd

This week, Georgie Coleridge Cole is joined by Laura Black and comedian, actor and writer Cariad Lloyd. After coming to terms with the death of her father when she was just 15, Cariad now hosts the popular podcast Griefcast where she interviews people from all walks of life about grief and what it means to lose a loved one. In this episode, Laura and Georgie share their personal experiences of bereavement, and how they coped during difficult times. Plus, they share useful resources available to those who are grieving, and advice on how to help loved ones dealing with loss.
