People ask the darndest things, don't they? Can you stage tomorrow? Can you give me a discount because I'll bring you lots of work? Can I pick the furniture you use?

If you're in business long enough, you'll definitely hear at least one of those.

You may also encounter scenarios like, 4 feet of snow in the driveway leading to the house you're supposed to stage, construction teams still working in the house, dumpsters blocking your access. And on and on...

These times can totally stress us out and even annoy us or make us feel devalued.
