Today’s guest is Dan Millman. He’s a former world champion athlete, university coach, martial arts instructor, and college professor.

After an intensive, twenty-year spiritual quest, Dan’s teaching found its form as the Peaceful Warrior’s Way. He’s written eighteen books, including the best-seller Way of the Peaceful Warrior, which had a big impact on my life years ago. He’s back with a memoir called Peaceful Heart, Warrior Spirit: The True Story of My Spiritual Quest which is all about Dan’s search for meaning in the modern world. That’s something I believe each and everyone of us can relate to.
