Today I have a very special guest on for an unscripted show. Meet my 10-year-old son Mason. He is in 4th grade and his favorite sport is wrestling. He loved wrestling during the first two years because he had great success. In his third year, he got a new coach, learned new moves, and was moved into a new wrestling bracket. He lost all his matches that season and was devastated.
Mason and I are going to go over how he felt when he won and lost, what to do with those feelings, and how to learn from both winning and losing. This will give an example of how to do a failure analysis with your child so that you can instill the growth mindset that will help them triumph through all life's ups and downs.
