He started by going to the auctions and would have to go to the bank and withdraw all of his money into a cashiers check to buy these houses to flip. Scott learned from Sean Terry and his first deal was a $4200 wholesale assignment fee. That was the start of his journey as he ended up making his first 6 figures in 2015 and has since doubled his revenue every year. In 2021, he made $8,000,000 in gross revenue.
