That's exactly what this episode is about. We brought together four people for a Royal Rumble style debate — Team Black vs Team White — and gave them one challenge: come up with the best ways to get work fast, no fluff, no long-term strategies that take months to kick in. Just real, actionable things you can do today.

And they did not hold back.

Between the four of them, they packed this episode with more than 20 practical ways to fill your schedule when things go quiet. Some of them are obvious but rarely done consistently. Some of them are a little old school. And a couple of them are genuinely creative in a way that most trade businesses would never think to try.
