What if these precarious times are not just destabilizing but instead an opportunity to find your unique gifts and power?

I've known today's guest, soul mentor and wisdom teacher Maitreya Wolf, for a long time now... and I've seen her growing through what she speaks to as a 18 year long soul initiation process.

A time that has challenged and tried her in ways that have asked for her full presence and transformation. 

But the thing is, we all face challenges and massive upheavals in our lives. 

So what makes something an "initiatory process" that can lead us to our power versus an experience that passes without transformation?

According to Maitreya, there are a few keys to this, and a huge part is in how we perceive what's happening to us.

And what's almost equally as important is bringing in the beauty, creativity, and celebration -- life giving acts -- in the midst of the upheaval.

Her lens weaves together more expansive quantum realities with the physical, practical, mundane world and lives we live day to day.

And I just think her words, her wisdom, is true medicine for these times...

...especially if you're curious to find pathways to your own rooted power as we traverse the shakiness we're navigating collectively right now.
