Hi everyone today I dive in DEEP into my current experience about going through a break up. I go through previous experiences and what I have learnt to help overcome the bitter pain of emotional trauma.

I go into how having emotional control can affect physical, mental gains and inhibit your progress to being in your best body.

I go into some of the science and theories of the difference between mental states and emotional states and what I am currently doing to support myself through the heart ache.
