Often times we think that we need to motivate ourselves to act, but we have it backwards. Andy was reminded, through personal experience of helping the homeless and going through his own difficult days, of the importance of acting even when we aren't feeling our best.
The important thing to remember is that we are the author of our success story. If you want your story to be worth telling, there has to be  drama,  obstacles, and moments where you wanted to quit, but you succeeded against all odds. If you quit along the way, your story isn't one to be remembered. If you give meaning to your struggles, you'll overcome them and be guaranteed to see success.
