On the beats of the soundtrack added by the lawn mower next door, we’re tackling a biggie: comparison. Right! A sneaky little monster that can mess with our minds and our business growth. I’ve seen it come up in my coaching sessions and even experienced it myself—just this morning at the gym!

Seeing someone do something different that I perceived as higher than mine made me doubt my own routine.  But then I had to remind myself why I was doing what I did, while considering my own fitness journey. And here’s the deal: we're all on different stages of our own journeys. In life and in running a staging business.
