Are you dropping your kid off to college?  Oh boy, this can be a highly emotional time for kids and Moms (okay, dad’s too…), and this is not the time to drop the ball.

Your kiddo will be looking to you for safety cues and reassurance.  In today’s episode, I’ll share exactly what that looks like and how you can best show up for them to make this a positive experience.

Learn how you can equip them with the confidence to spread those wings and fly, and also how to best take care of yourself.
