One of the drawbacks of private lending is the constant need for lenders to stay in touch and become deeply involved in projects. The most reliable lenders, on the other hand, continuously reinvest their capital in project after project. Brian shares his preference for not seeking external funding and instead relies on his own resources or partners when it comes to project financing.
