This week my guest is the managing partner of the Business Aviation Group, David Vaughn.  The Business Aviation group is the premier aviation firm, that understands the intricacies and uniqueness of airport real estate transactions.  Their services include feasibility studies, buying, selling, marketing and leasing properties in the aviation space.

 
 About today's guest: David Vaughn
 
 David Vaughn is with the Business Aviation Group.  David holds a BS degree in aviation management,  is a licensed pilot and has been in the aviation industry for more than four decades with leadership positions in flight support, sales and marketing maintenance, overhaul and business development for some of the top companies in the airline industry.
 
 In 2016, he and his partner, launched the Business Aviation Group, which brings in aviators perspective to real estate transactions.  I was introduced to David through a mutual friend in the storage industry,  Iver Retrum, who is also a member of the Business Aviation Group, when we were seeking a consulting firm to help us with our hanger storage project in Fort Collins, Colorado.
 
 David and the Business Aviation Group have been an invaluable addition to our team and crucial to the successful launch of our development at the airport.
 
 On a personal note, David has three children, four grandchildren, and has been married for 44 years. So, join me as I speak with David Vaughn about airplane storage.
