Useful Links The EHCP Handbook
In England, more than half a million children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities are provided with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP). However, merely having one does not guarantee a smooth education journey. If not properly written, an EHCP can be ineffective or even misleading. This accessible, illustrated handbook acts as a guide through all the stages of making an ECHP, equipping the reader with the information needed to ensure it provides clear guidance and support for the child or young person's education journey.
