Kelly is a psychologist, an author and an educator who has not only published The Joy of Movement, The Science of Compassion, The Upside of Stress and The Will Power Instinct, but also a Top 20 TED Talk, the 2013 How To Make Stress Your Friend. So of course, I seize the opportunity to understand from Kelly's well researched perspective, how we can better manage stress and know when to step up and apply a little, or when to press pause and rest for a moment.
