Things have changed in a pretty significant way in our country and our world in the past few days with the coronavirus.  On this special episode, I address some of how I’ve been feeling and what’s going on right now.  I also talk about how we can remember that we’re all in this together, especially during this time, and some specific things we can do for ourselves, others, our kids, and how we can navigate this new world we suddenly find ourselves in.  We can do this, even though it might seem hard, scary, and weird right now.
