Many have been perpetually operating with high-stress levels due to work stress, health problems, financial struggles, or other pandemic-induced challenges. This, as you can imagine, really takes a toll on your overall well-being and can result in a dysregulated nervous system.
On today's episode, Cody has invited guest Kymber Maulden to explain to all of us about how the nervous system becomes unbalanced, signs to look out for, and actionable tips to help reinstate a sense of peace and calm in the body.
Kymber Maulden is a nutrition consultant and somatic women's health coach who takes a trauma-informed approach to women's health. Alongside nutrition, she integrates somatic parts work, attachment coaching, NARM principles for addressing CPTSD, and applied neurology for nervous system regulation so as to offer women a well-rounded and deep set of tools for addressing their long-term self-healing and self-regulation needs.
