Hey Y'all this has been on my heart and felt like I needed to share. Last week I was intuitively led to the best massage i've EVER had. As many of you know, i've moved around quite a bit the past few years. When moving around you have to find the best people for the services you want AND people you trust! 

I decided I want to feel very relaxed for a massage. I set the intention that I was going to find an incredible masseuse close to me that I felt really connected to. The first few months, I went around to people who were good, but didn't feel that were the best. I realized I wasn't intentionally creating the experience I wanted. I set the intention that I was going to align with THE BEST massage ever. I let my intuition guide me, went online, and picked Thomas. Two minutes into my massage I thought to myself, this is the best massage i've ever gotten in my entire life.

Our intuition can guide us to whatever it is that we want and desire. When you tap into your inner guidance system, it will take your manifestation game to the NEXT level. When we let go, and let our intuition guide us, it expedites us to the things we want to create in our life. I encourage you to test this out with the things that you truly desire. Set a strong intention of something that you are wanting, and be open for the universe to deliver.

Our bodies can be filled with pain and tension, just how a knot in our back can cause tension in our body. This is the same with emotions. We can have feeling of sadness, anger, resentment, etc, that can cause our energies to be heavy. These heavy energies take up space in our bodies that hold us back from living the life that we are meant to live. When you are open to healing the wounds, it opens up space for healing and new levels of growth to appear.
