In this episode, I’m diving into some fascinating research and sharing my own opinions for a fun, insightful show about longevity and living to 100 years old. It is amazing to think there are 722,000 centenarians alive today, but only 219 people who’ve made it to 110. I think genes affect your potential to live to 110, but most of us should form the empowering belief that we can sail to 100, if we just get out of our own way. In this episode, I explore how lifestyle factors like staying active, managing stress, and keeping a positive mindset are key to longevity. We’ll also touch on the surprising traits that many centenarians share—things like emotional awareness and optimism—and how they contribute to a longer, healthier life.
