Are you worried about your child in college?
Do you think the transition from high school to college may be difficult?
Are you concerned about the choices your college student is making?
Have you received text messages that concern you?
You're not alone.
Parents that have kids who have decided to choose the path of going to college often worry that their kids are ready. And based on college statistics there is a good reason for our concerns. Students are reporting higher levels of anxiety and depression every year. The dropout rate for freshmen is 30%.
Today, I'm interviewing Dale Troy, College Success Coach, a Certified Health Coach, and a graduate of Yale College and Yale Law School, who helps students create habits that will lead to college success. Dale Troy believes every college student can learn the self-management skills they need to handle the stress of college life and create a positive experience.
Dale's on a mission to empower college students by teaching them to implement habits that will reduce their daily stress and allow them to get the most out of their college experience.
