When I was preparing for this content day, I decided to shake things up a bit. This time, I used Trello to organize all the shots I absolutely had to get. Each card represented a different location, and I made a checklist for everything I wanted to capture there.
Trust me, if I put in all this effort, I wanna make sure I get everything I want, right? I emailed the client, shared the locations, and gave her a list of outfits and props I thought she'd like. On my end, I made sure all my gear was charged up and ready to go.
If you're not ready for a big shoot. Here's a tip for even the DIYer just getting started: use Trello (it's a lifesaver) and make your own list of content ideas, topics to discuss, and photos/videos to take. Plan a day where you do what you love, whether it's hitting up a coffee shop or showcasing your love for office supplies. My friends, get that content bank stacked. It's not necessary to create something new every single day. It's a recipe for disaster. Take it from me, the glitter and content boss: prep, plan, and set yourself up for success.
