However, seasoned professionals should also be sure to follow through on their commitments and keep growing as the industry does. To have longevity in your career, you have to keep adapting and never allow yourself to get too comfortable.

After graduating from college, Alexa Ward decided to try her hand at being a flight attendant. However, her father had other plans for her. Once he told her to join him at work, Alexa was hooked on the mortgage industry. Her drive and determination to succeed have fueled her progress, and in October of last year she closed a phenomenal 8 deals.
