Today made me a little emotional. Learning to work through our emotions as a young child allows us to except our older selves. This is something that I practice in my own family. Showing my daughter that it is ok to have emotions and show them! So, today's episode hit home for me.

I am talking with Jess Bubbico, she is a 4/6 Emotional Manifestor and human design and gene keys guide. But her passion is helping kids and parents learn to work through big emotions! She is a former pediatric speech pathologist turned author of the kids book "Jessi Lou & The Magic of You!".

Through this book she is helping kids identify their emotions and work through them. We are talking about:

• Tips on how to work through those emotions with your children
• The difference among generations and how we handle our emotions
• Understanding our emotions allows us to except ourselves so who we truly are
