At Flow Coach, David is pioneering a new approach to flow called Subconscious Fitness, which is based on his Ph.D. research at Princeton on comparative mysticism, four books, and nearly 30 years of personal practice experience.

David is passionate about the balance between exponential innovation and traditional conceptions of community and wisdom. He spent most of the last 12 years traveling internationally and giving talks and workshops across over 50 countries.

David believes that exponential innovation and AI will be a catalyst for a Great Awakening and massive transformation of consciousness within our lifetimes. He is excited to be at the forefront of this change with his latest work on Subconscious Fitness.
