The dramatic results of the US Presidential election have left me feeling shocked, sad, scared, angry, and confused.  On this episode, I talk about how we can process this experience in as healthy a way as possible, ways we can show up for ourselves and others, and how we can move forward together in this intense time of emotion and division.  Even though it may not feel like it for many reasons right now, I do believe that we’re all in this together.
