第一个声音，来自重庆，主人名叫一平，今年大一，19岁，在节目里，她讲述了自己的故事，并且分享了一首诗，送给自己，也送给所有为生活努力的朋友们。

Sometimes the Day Comes

有那么一天

Sometimes the day comes

When you try your level best

To achieve something

But you fail.

有那么一天

你使尽浑身解数

想要做成某事

却偏偏功败垂成

Sometimes the day comes

When nobody understands you

And you feel that you are isolated

From the world.

有那么一天

没人能够理解你

你觉得自己

被全世界孤立

Sometimes the day comes

When you want to help the needy

But find yourself unable to

Because of some reasons.

有那么一天

你想去帮助他人

但是发现你不能

因为某些原因

Sometimes the day comes

When Mom comes up with one answer

And Father with another

And you have to make your own decision.

有那么一天

妈妈给出一种回答

爸爸给出另一种回答

你不得不自己做决定

Sometimes the day comes

when you want to tell something to yourparents

but find yourself unable to

because you think that they might get hurtor misunderstand you

有那么一天

你想向父母倾诉

却发现自己有口难言

因为你认为他们也许会受到伤害

或产生误解

Sometimes the day comes

When your friends drift apart

Not because you were not able to understandthem

But because they were not able tounderstand you.

有那么一天

你的朋友渐渐疏离

并非因为你无法理解他们

而是因为他们无法理解你

Sometimes the day comes

When you want to smile

But can't find a place to even weep

有那么一天

你想微笑

却甚至找不到地方流泪

Sometimes the day comes

When your beloved can't understand yourfeelings

And leaves you alone

And you look down and feel ashamed orembarrassed.

有那么一天

你的挚爱无法理解你的感受

离你而去

你低下头，感到羞愧或尴尬

But sometimes the day comes

When you learn from all your failures andthink—

"Those who dare to fail greatly canachieve greatly."

Don't look down, look up.

但有那么一天

你从所有失败中汲取教训，心想——

"只有敢于经受重大挫折的人才能获得伟大的成就。"

不要垂头丧气，昂首挺胸吧。

永清回复：一个人逛书店，一个人看电影，一个人买衣服，一个人问路，一个人吃饭也一个人旅行…很多时候，我们需要面对一个人的时刻，其实啊，这也是生活的一种状态，一群人有一群人的狂欢，一个人也有一个人的精彩，无论一个人，两个人，还是一群人，我们都应该过好每个当下。当你学会和自己相处的时候，那么恭喜你：你长大了。有一句话我特别喜欢：即使一个人也要活得像一只军队。一平，其实啊，这个时候，你也并不孤单，只要戴上耳机，我们就会陪伴着你。照顾好自己，也希望你能走出自己的小世界，多看书，多交朋友，多参加学校的社团活动，多去旅行，让自己的大学生活更精彩！

第二个声音，来自江苏南通，主人名叫婷婷，是一名英美文学专业的硕士研究生，今年六月就要毕业了，毕业后会成为一名高中英语教师。即将毕业婷婷会有什么样的故事分享，听节目吧。婷婷选了一篇自己非常喜欢的短文，送给自己以及所有渴望美好的人们。

Happiness Is a Journey

幸福是一个旅程

We always convince ourselves that life willbe better after we get married, have a baby, than another. Then we arefrustrated that the kids aren't old enough and we'll be more content when theyare. After that we're frustrated that we have teenagers to deal with. We willcertainly be happy when they are out of that stage.

我们总相信，等结了婚、有了孩子、再生一个孩子，生活就会更好。孩子太小，我们沮丧，心想他们大点儿我们就会满意。可随后，我们还是烦恼，因为你得对付家中半大不小的少年，心想等他们过了这一阶段，我们一定会幸福。

We always tell ourselves that our life willbe complete when our spouse gets his or her act together. When we get a nicecar, and are able to go on a nice vocation when we retire.

我们告诉自己，要是配偶与我们步调一致，买更好的车，住梦想中的房，能痛快地度假，当我们退休，等我们中奖，我们的生活就完美无缺了。

The truth is, there's no better time thanright now. If not now, when? Our life will always be filled with challenges.It's best to admit this to ourselves and decide to be happy anyway.

事实是，要幸福，没有比此刻更好的时候。此时不快乐，何时快乐？生活永远充满挑战。最好承认这一点，并且打定主意：现在就要快乐起来。

One of my favorite quotes comes from AlfredSouza. He said, “For a long time it had seemed to me that life was about tobegin-real life. But there was always some obstacle in the way, something to begotten through first, some unfinished business, time still to be served, a debtto be paid. Then life would begin. At last it dawned on me that these obstacleswere my life." This perspective has helped me to see that there is no wayto happiness. Happiness is the way. So treasure every moment that you have.”

我最喜欢阿尔弗雷德·苏泽的一段话。他说：“好久以来，生活——真正的生活，好像马上就要开始了。可又总是有东西妨碍着，有些事得先处理，有些事还没了结，还得抽出点时间，还有些帐没还……然后生活就会开始。后来我终于明白，这些障碍，正是我的生活。这个见解帮我看清，通往幸福没有别的路。幸福本身就是路。”

And remember that time waits for no one. Sostop waiting until you finish school, until you go back to school; until youget married, until you get divorced; until you have kids; until you retire;until you get a new car or home; until spring; until you are born again todecide that there is no better time than right now to be happy….

因此，要珍惜你拥有的每一时刻。要认识到，每一次呼吸都是礼物，要心怀感激。要记住，时光不会把任何人等待。所以，停止等待。别等到毕业，又回学校，体重下降，有了孩子，孩子离家、上学，你开始工作，退了休，结了婚，离了婚，周五晚上，周日早上，买了新车或买了房，车款或房款付清，到春天，到夏天，到秋天，到冬天，等到你喝一杯，再等你清醒，等你死了，等你再生——别等到那时才决定：要幸福，没有比此时更好的时候。

Happiness is a journey, not a destination.

幸福是一个旅程，而不是一个终点。

So, work like you don't need money, lovelike you've never been hurt, and dance like no one's watching.

所以，工作时，让自己觉得不是为五斗米而工作；言爱时，用自己觉得从不会为爱受伤而打过折扣的心去爱；跳舞，则旁若无人地跳吧！

永清回复：第一封信的主人一平，可能还处于进入大学的迷茫时期，这封信的主人-婷婷，即将走出大学校门，走向工作岗位。其实，从迷茫，到自己要什么，到确定自己的方向，这都需要时间，也需要不断去尝试，像婷婷说的，尝试了一门新的二外，尝试去旅行，游泳，开车，刚开始的时候，可能会对未知充满恐惧，但当你勇敢地踏出了第一步，你才会看到不一样的世界，拥有不一样的体验。就像主播维安之前分享过的一篇文章：尝试新事物,风险和回报并存，Trying New Things…Risk and Reward
